Carl Gustav Jung believed that a person’s life is shaped not only by conscious decisions but also
by archetypes, symbols, and unlived experiences operating in the subconscious.

In his lectures on Kundalini yoga, he described chakras as a symbolic path of human psychological development
and individuation – a journey toward the Self, deeper self-knowledge, and a more
authentic life.

This program was born out of a desire to combine these insights with my many years of therapeutic practice and create a space
where a person can not only understand themselves but also experience inner change.

What is this program?

This is not just another seminar about chakras.
These are not Reiki teachings.
This is not an analytical psychology course.

This is a 7-week authorial psychological journey through chakra symbolism, where Jung’s
analytical psychology insights merge with experiential therapeutic methods.

In this program, chakra symbolism becomes a map of a person’s psychological development, inner transformation, and
individuation process.

#1. 7 ENERGIES. The path of individuation through chakra symbolism

Each week, we will explore one area of ​​the human inner world through:

  • symbols,
  • archetypes,
  • emotions,
  • bodily sensations,
  • recurring life scenarios,
  • relationship patterns,
  • the psychological shadow,
  • inner resources.

Program Philosophy:
A person does not change simply by learning more; change occurs when one experiences oneself in a new way. Therefore, this program is not a series of lectures. It is a seven-week experiential journey. Each week invites you to examine a different aspect of the inner self—exploring it not only through the mind but also through the body, emotions, symbols, relationships, and creative experience.

  7. ✨ Reiki Mercar Deep Integration Practices Helping to calm the nervous system, strengthen the connection with oneself, and integrate the changes experienced throughout the therapeutic process.
  8. 🧘 Guided Meditation and Body Awareness Practices Helping to deepen the connection with oneself and cultivate mindful presence in the present moment.

How Will the Program Work?

🎥 Part I – Video Lecture
Before each session, you will receive a video lecture that you can watch at your own convenience.
In it, we will explore:

the symbolism of the chakra;
Carl Gustav Jung’s insights;
archetypal themes;
planetary archetypes;
the psychological shadow;
the direction of transformation;
self-reflection questions.

💻 Part II – Live Online Session
During the live sessions, we will not revisit the theory.
These sessions will be dedicated to experience, reflection, and inner integration.

We will work with symbols, psychodrama methods, meditation, body awareness practices, Reiki Mercar integration practices, and other therapeutic methods that help not only to understand yourself, but also to gradually integrate and embody the inner changes.

What if your fear was not your enemy?
What if it was not trying to stop you, but protecting the part of you that was once hurt?

Over many years of therapeutic work, I have noticed that people often come wanting to get rid of fear.
However, very often, something completely different lies beneath it.

A little girl who was waiting for love.
A boy who was afraid of being rejected.
A person who once learned that it was safer to stay silent, adapt, or hide their feelings.

Therefore, in therapy, we do not fight fear. We learn to understand it.

One client, at the end of the therapeutic process, wrote:

“Even if I am afraid – I can still move forward.”

It seems to me that this is exactly where the path of individuation begins. Not when fear completely disappears.
But when a person discovers inner support and can say to themselves:

“I can take care of myself.”

In Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology, individuation is the path towards the Self.

From the stories of thousands of people, this original program “7 ENERGIES” was born.

♥️ What is this program?

“7 ENERGIES” is an original seven-week psychological program in which
the insights of Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology meet my many years of therapeutic practice.

This program was born from the stories of thousands of people. Each of them left a mark and contributed to
the creation of this original program.

In this program, I draw on Carl Gustav Jung’s approach to the symbolism of chakras – as a symbolic map of human
consciousness, psychological development, and the process of individuation.

Each week invites you to explore one area of the human psyche through symbols, archetypes,
the psychological shadow, and experience, gradually moving closer to the Self.

This program is not only designed to understand yourself. It invites you to experience yourself.

Here, understanding gradually becomes experience, and experience becomes inner transformation.

In this journey, symbols become the language of the unconscious. Archetypes help us recognise inner roles,
recurring relationship patterns, and deeper psychological processes. The psychological shadow invites us
to meet those parts of our personality that we have long tried to hide, deny, or reject.
Experiential methods allow us not only to understand these processes, but also to live through them,
gradually integrating them into everyday life.

A person does not change when they learn more. A person changes when they experience themselves in a new way.

♥️ How does this program differ from the previous “7 Chakras” program?

This is a new direction of the original program.

In the previous “7 Chakras” program, we focused more on chakra themes and integrative practices.

“7 ENERGIES” explores the human psyche more deeply through the insights of Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical
psychology, symbols, archetypes, the psychological shadow, and the process of individuation.

Therefore, this program is also suitable for those who have already participated in the previous “7 Chakras” program.

Each week, we will explore not only the themes and inner resources of a particular area of the psyche, but also its shadow side – that which may remain unconscious, suppressed, rejected, or repeatedly emerge in the patterns of our life.

  • 💛 Week 3 – Solar Plexus Chakra | Self-Worth • Will • Personal Power Shadow: self-doubt, inner critic, helplessness, control, fear of your own power, constant need to prove your worth.
  • 💚 Week 4 – Heart Chakra | Love • Connection • Forgiveness Shadow: fear of rejection and abandonment, emotional shutdown, self-sacrifice, savior role, difficulty receiving love and allowing yourself to be vulnerable.
  • 💙 Week 5 – Throat Chakra | Voice • Truth • Self-Expression Shadow: fear of speaking, silence, people-pleasing, difficulty saying "no," suppressing your needs, fear of being seen or heard.
  • 💜 Week 6 – Third Eye | Intuition • Inner Vision Shadow: distrust in your inner knowing, self-doubt, illusions, projections, over-rationalization, difficulty distinguishing intuition from fear.
  • 🤍 Week 7 – Crown Chakra | Self • Life Purpose • Integration Shadow: loss of meaning, disconnection from self, spiritual bypassing / escaping reality, living someone else's life, fear of meeting who you truly are.

Within each of these areas lies not only a shadow. Within each lies a resource.

Safety. Creativity. Personal power. Love. Voice. Inner vision. Connection with the Self.

In this program, we will not fight our shadow. We will learn to recognize it, listen to it, and understand what part of our story it carries.

Because sometimes what we have long considered our weakness conceals an inner strength that has yet to be discovered.
