I. General provisions

The data controller is Rūta Janulevičienė (individual activity No. 670914, address: Maumedžiu al. 2, Girionys, Kaunas district, LT-53105, e-mail is indicated on the website). 1.3. The Seller respects your privacy and undertakes to process your personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller collects and processes only those data that are necessary for ordering services, paying for them and providing them with a high-quality service:

  • Payment details: Payment amount, bank account number, selected bank. Purpose: Collection and accounting of payment for services.

  • Professional service data: Information you provide during consultations. This data is strictly confidential, stored securely and is not transferred to any third parties, except for exceptions provided by law (e.g. threat to life).

III. Transfer of data to third parties (Payment processing)

3.1. To execute financial transactions and process payments on the Website, the Merchant uses the licensed payment platform MakeCommerce (manager Maksekeskus AS, Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia). 3.2. At the time of payment, your personal data (name, surname, purchase amount, bank details) necessary for the execution of the payment transaction are transferred to Maksekeskus AS. This data is transmitted securely using encrypted communication channels.

IV. Data retention period

4.1. Personal data obtained for the purpose of ordering services and payments is stored for 5 years from the date of execution of the last order (taking into account financial accounting requirements). 4.2. Confidential notes collected during consultations (if any) are stored in accordance with professional standards regulating the provision of psychotherapy services and are destroyed after the specified period after the end of therapy.
